It’s all been there: Blaxploitation, Mexploitation, Sexploitation, Nunsploitation, Naziploitation. Now it’s about time for the first Swissploitation film!

In a dystopian Switzerland that has fallen under the fascist rule of a cheese magnate, Heidi lives as a simple young woman in the mountains. Her grandfather does his best to protect her from the bad influences of the world, but soon her longing for personal freedom will spark a revolution. The naive mountain girl turns into a fierce fighter who has to put an end to the cheese fascists.

From fondue boarding to death by chocolate, MAD HEIDI is an action-adventure horror comedy interpretation of the popular children's book character Heidi and the first Swissploitation film - a persiflage of the 1950s Heimatfilm genre with a twist into the exploitation genre of the 1970s and 1980s. Anyone who liked Mad Max, Kill Bill or Iron Sky will also love MAD HEIDI.

But the project is not just original because of the genre. The whole project is building on a concept that we call fan-powered content creation:

MAD HEIDI builds a worldwide fan base throughout the entire production period. Already more than 40,000 people from 46 countries are following us on various social media channels.

MAD HEIDI will be released globally digitally on its own platform, without a sales company or a distributor. We are virtually our own Netflix, multiplying the revenue for our investors and reducing piracy.

MAD HEIDI is largely financed through crowd-investing, where investors share in the film's revenue in a transparent and automated way.
